Website and inquiries

NIIWG Business Solutions offers website development, SEO, paid advertising and social media services to clients in Australia and other countries. An inquiry or add-on selection is a request to discuss services; it does not start work, reserve hours or create a paid engagement.

Package and payment

The advertised marketing and development package is AUD 12 per hour, with no upfront fees and payment weekly. It includes full-stack web development, SEO, paid ads management and social media management with creatives. Optional virtual assistant support is an additional AUD 8 per hour; the advertised combined rate is AUD 20 per hour when both services are engaged.

Before work begins, confirm the scope, deliverables, allocated hours, how time is recorded, weekly billing arrangements and any applicable taxes in writing. Any separate advertising spend, subscriptions or other third-party charges must also be agreed before they are incurred.

Virtual assistant services

Agreed tasks may include lead follow-up, appointment booking, calling leads, virtual meetings, customer messages and comments, email and CRM management, executive support and reporting. Access permissions, approval limits and handling of customer information must be agreed before access is granted.

Results and approvals

SEO, advertising and lead follow-up aim to support visibility and conversions. Specific rankings, lead volumes, sales or revenue are not promised. Clients must approve campaign budgets and provide materials and instructions they are authorised to use.

Changes and ending services

Agree changes to hours, scope, access and scheduling in writing. Notice periods, handover, ownership and licences for deliverables, and outstanding billing arrangements should be set out in the service agreement.

Lawful use and consumer rights

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or interfere with website security. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
